Shipping policy

DO YOU EVEN SHIP?

Yes, we do!!! Please allow us 1-4 business days to process your order for shipping. Times may vary during holidays. Note, the shipping times at checkout DO NOT INCLUDE the processing times! I.e., if you paid for Priority Mail that means that your order might still take up to 4 business days to process prior to sending it to the carrier! We do prioritize those orders where customers payed for expedited shipping.

We do make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If Free shipping is selected (when available), customers will be responsible for reshipping costs due to incorrect address entered at checkout.

HOW DO WE SHIP?

We ship worldwide. Our FREE SHIPPING option (when available on the website) is available only for the US. Shipping times depend on your location. Since we currently work with USPS, their web site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery (That does not include processing times). And again - we will do our best to ship out your order ASAP!

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ITEM/S IS/ARE SHIPPED?

Ownership of packages turned over to the carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier you purchased the shipping from. In case of free shipping, any issues should be addressed to USPS, as we use their service if the free shipping option has been selected at checkout. Shipping options with INSURANCE are available and are recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For defective items or ones sent in error, return shipping charges will be refunded in full.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@f-level.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
