How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. For international orders, shipping can take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Does my piece come in any packaging?

Yes, all our products come in protective and aesthetically pleasing packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each product is securely wrapped, and we use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country. Please read these instructions carefully before submitting your personalization request for your document holder.

Personalization is available for a fixed additional cost of $15. All personalization is completed using direct UV printing on leather, which allows us to print text, logos, images, and custom designs in color with high detail and durability.

If you would like a logo or image printed, please upload the file directly in messages and include clear instructions regarding placement, size, and preferred colors.

To ensure your personalization is completed accurately, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

Exact text
Preferred text color
Placement location
Font preference
Logo or image files (if applicable)
Any specific sizing or layout requests

Our standard font is Times New Roman. While we can often accommodate custom fonts, availability may vary depending on compatibility with our printing software.

Please note:

Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed result due to leather texture and printing limitations.
Metallic finishes such as true gold or silver cannot be replicated exactly, but we can closely match them with matte or glossy shades.
Low-resolution images or screenshots may affect print quality, so high-resolution files are strongly recommended.
If no print color is specified we will use default colors depending on the color of the document holder.
Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as customization is permanent and cannot be reversed.
