Personalization Info

Please read these instructions carefully before submitting your personalization request for your document holder.

Personalization is available for a fixed additional cost of $15. All personalization is completed using direct UV printing on leather, allowing us to print text, logos, images, and custom designs in color with excellent detail and durability.

Personalization FAQ:

• Metallic finishes, such as true gold or silver, cannot be reproduced exactly in print.
• If you would like a logo or image printed, please upload the file and include clear instructions regarding its placement, size, and preferred colors.
• Uploaded images will be printed exactly as submitted and will not be edited. Please ensure your image is high-quality, has sufficient resolution, and contrasts clearly with your selected leather color. For example, dark-colored images may not be visible on black document holders. The same consideration applies to other similar color combinations.
• Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed result due to differences in screen settings, leather texture, and printing limitations.
• If no personalization instructions are provided, we will use our best judgment to create the most visually appealing placement and design.
• Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable because customization is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• Our standard font is Times New Roman. Although we can often accommodate custom fonts, availability may vary depending on compatibility with our printing software.

If you would like a logo or image printed, please upload the file directly in messages and include clear instructions regarding placement, size, and preferred colors.
