We ship worldwide. Our FREE SHIPPING option (when available on the website)is available only for the US. Shipping times depend on your location. Since we currently work with USPS, their web site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery (That does not include processing times). And again - we will do our best to ship out your order ASAP!
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Personalization is available for a fixed additional cost of $15. All personalization is completed using direct UV printing on leather, allowing us to print text, logos, images, and custom designs in color with excellent detail and durability.
Personalization FAQ:
- Metallic finishes, such as true gold or silver, cannot be reproduced exactly in print.
- If you would like a logo or image printed, please upload the file and include clear instructions regarding its placement, size, and preferred colors.
- Uploaded images will be printed exactly as submitted and will not be edited. Please ensure your image is high-quality, has sufficient resolution, and contrasts clearly with your selected leather color. For example, dark-colored images may not be visible on black document holders. The same consideration applies to other similar color combinations.
- Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed result due to differences in screen settings, leather texture, and printing limitations.
- If no personalization instructions are provided, we will use our best judgment to create the most visually appealing placement and design.
- Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable because customization is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- Our standard font is Times New Roman. Although we can often accommodate custom fonts, availability may vary depending on compatibility with our printing software.

Purchased for my wife who is a corporate pilot. Engraving of her name and airplane on front cover came out nice. The leather is nice quality. The seller had quick same day communications when discussing the order through Etsy messenger.
I like the product. My only issue is I requested it to be personalized with my husband‘s name on it, and it wasn’t so I was little disappointed about that but the seller reached out and explained the reason for the mess up and went above and beyond to make things right. I would purchase products from this seller again for the customer experience alone.

Only thing I would recommend changing is a passport sleeve behind the cards and a clear view one for passport card.
