Introducing the V3 Document Holder: now featuring an additional pocket large enough to fit a second standard passport, along with a dedicated cash slot - perfect for keeping bills handy during layovers. Same clean design, now even more functional ✈️
This purpose-build accessory showcases two transparent slots for IDs or pilot certificates, a specialized compartment for a medical certificate, a convenient passport sleeve, a hidden pocket, three discreet hidden card slots, and a cash pocket. Furthermore, it includes an additional, more spacious clear slot suitable for storing vaccination certificates, photos, or other larger documents.
We’re excited to share that we now offer custom printing on our document holders! You can personalize your holder with different colors, fonts, and even add images or logos.
To add custom printing, simply select the personalization option from the dropdown menu and include detailed instructions in the order notes describing exactly what you’d like.

We ship worldwide. Our FREE SHIPPING option (when available on the website)is available only for the US. Shipping times depend on your location. Since we currently work with USPS, their web site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery (That does not include processing times). And again - we will do our best to ship out your order ASAP!
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Personalization is available for a fixed additional cost of $15. All personalization is completed using direct UV printing on leather, allowing us to print text, logos, images, and custom designs in color with excellent detail and durability.
Personalization FAQ:
- Metallic finishes, such as true gold or silver, cannot be reproduced exactly in print.
- If you would like a logo or image printed, please upload the file and include clear instructions regarding its placement, size, and preferred colors.
- Uploaded images will be printed exactly as submitted and will not be edited. Please ensure your image is high-quality, has sufficient resolution, and contrasts clearly with your selected leather color. For example, dark-colored images may not be visible on black document holders. The same consideration applies to other similar color combinations.
- Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed result due to differences in screen settings, leather texture, and printing limitations.
- If no personalization instructions are provided, we will use our best judgment to create the most visually appealing placement and design.
- Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable because customization is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- Our standard font is Times New Roman. Although we can often accommodate custom fonts, availability may vary depending on compatibility with our printing software.
